SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number to our firm, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions regarding our SMS (text messaging) communications.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By opting in, you expressly authorize Marcus & Mack, P.C. (Marcus & Mack) to send you SMS messages for the purpose of responding to your inquiries, confirming appointments, providing relevant information about our legal services, and following up on your interest in our firm.
2. Message Frequency
The number of messages you receive will vary depending on your interactions with our firm. You will not receive marketing messages or promotional content.
3. Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will send a confirmation message and cease further communications via SMS.

5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless service provider. You are responsible for any charges incurred for receiving or sending SMS messages according to your mobile plan.
6. No Legal Advice via SMS
Messages sent via SMS are intended solely for general communication and administrative purposes. They do not constitute legal advice, nor do they establish an attorney-client relationship unless and until a formal engagement agreement is executed.
7. Privacy and Data Use
We will only use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy (https://marcusandmack.com/privacy-policy/), including not selling or sharing your data with third parties. Your phone number and other personal details will be kept confidential and used solely for direct communication with you about your interest in our firm.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
8. Availability and Delivery
Delivery of messages may be delayed or affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier issues or network outages. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and effective immediately upon posting.
