Russell J. Bopp is dedicated to helping injured individuals and families through some of the most difficult times in their lives. Having previously practiced law as an attorney defending insurance companies and large corporations, Russell now leverages that experience to benefit clients who have lost loved ones or suffered serious and catastrophic injuries through no fault of their own. His practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death litigation throughout Western Pennsylvania, including cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, workplace injuries, premises liability, defective machinery, medical negligence, nursing home negligence, and other complex injury claims.
In a legal industry crowded with attorneys that view their clients as another “case”, Russell is known for his caring approach in representing clients from the initial call through final resolution. When asked about his approach to representing clients, Russell commented:
The unfortunate reality is that we are often confronted with life-altering circumstances—through no fault of our own—which can only be resolved through the legal system. I view my career in law as an opportunity to help my clients navigate the legal system as they pick up the pieces and start to rebuild their lives. I believe that a career in law, as a personal injury attorney, places me in a unique position to make a positive and tangible impact in the lives of my clients.
Attorney Russell Bopp is proud to be a first-generation graduate of college and has strong roots in western Pennsylvania. “The best thing I did was to hire Marcus & Mack for my accident. In nine months they had a settlement for me and my spouse. They kept me informed about my case. I never had to call them, I always knew what was going on. They are the greatness and have a high quality rating from me.”
“I had a great experience working with Marcus & Mack. Any questions that I had were answered promptly and it was great to work with such a professional, efficient, and caring staff. My case was constantly moving forward and I was kept up to date every step of the way, never feeling that I had been pushed to the side in a sea of other files. Their whole team will work diligently for you and what you deserve. I highly recommend them!”

“Marcus and Mack are truly the best attorneys anywhere. I was rear ended by a tractor trailer and needed medical attention and they helped me from the beginning to the end. Their staff is absolutely amazing. Every single person there is so caring. I would never go anywhere else.”
“I highly recommend Marcus & Mack Law Firm. When as a passenger in an auto accident, I had a terrible wrist fracture that took a year of rehabilitation to mend, they took care of everything. When they completed the settlement, they called me and told me to come in and pick up my check. I was overjoyed at the large amount of money. It was the only thing about my injury that was painless. Great job Marcus & Mack!”
“Very professional and treat you very good.”
